Booking
Full details on how to book your place at the reunion.
Online booking is now open. To book your place now visit the University's online conference booking system where you can pay by credit or debit card.
Please note that booking for the dinner on Thursday is now closed. If you would like to attend all the other events there are still day only and ceilidh only tickets available. If you would like to be added to the waiting list for dinner (in the event of any cancellations) please email alumni@inf.ed.ac.uk
There are three categories of tickets:
- No Longer On Sale - Full Reunion - £50 (this gives you access to all talks, lunch on Thursday and Friday, Dinner on Thursday and the Buffet & Ceilidh on Friday, as well as Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening)
- Day Only - £15 (this gives you access to all talks, the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and lunch on Thursday and Friday)
- No Longer On Sale - Evening Only - £35 (this gives you access to Dinner on Thursday and the Buffet & Ceilidh on Friday, as well as Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening)
- University Students & Children (under 16) Ceilidh Only - £5 (this rate is available to any current students at the University of Edinburgh or to children of any guests and gives access to the Ceilidh on Friday night, including the buffet)
- University Staff and Guests Ceilidh Only - £10 (this rate is available to any current staff at the University of Edinburgh and their guests and gives access to the Ceilidh on Friday night, including the buffet)
Please note that ticket sales will close on 3rd May
Guests are welcome to attend any or all of the reunion and will require the relevant tickets.
Current staff & students in Informatics can attend the talks free of charge. However, if they wish to join the other reunion attendees for lunch, dinner, the ceilidh and reception (still to be confirmed) they will need to buy the relevant tickets.
